One of the best and brightest trance stars from China is back with his appropriately little track Dynasty. We’ve been following Yuan for sometime and after a hiatus he is back with his contagious sound. This very sound has featured on Blackhole and Anjunabeats and of course now, the label of our good friends Auryn Music.
Dynasty is sure to top the charts of the new and improved beatport upon release June 24th. This of course will come as no suprise as the man known simply as, Yuan, is a staple on these very charts.
It’s a combination of instant and classic. Which is fitting, because this track is a combination of Canadian Adam K and Funkagenda..Both are pretty huge names in the electronic world so lets just say Adam and Funk of no fixed address.
Here’s the new choon released hours ago under Toolroom. This, is Drift.
The hit single from Alex Kenji, the amazing Nadia Ali and Starkillers, is now remixed. Notable mentions, Calvin West and Rene Amesz. There’s 4 or 5 remixes so peep the beatport link
The duo behind the online electronic music warehouse beatport have released their first music video. They chose blackhole recordings as the label. Here is the debut music video from Manufactured Superstars.
A now somewhat famous quote from the “Leave The World Behind” music video has a 20-30 something male saying “house music is back in the United States.” This quote rippled through speakers this time last year. Though we don’t disagree with that statement, we find a more worthy statement being “Electronic music has arrived in North America.”
This summer we witness Tiesto not taking up residency in Ibiza, rather he is in Las Vegas. We’re witnessing electronic artists split their summers between North America and Europe. It is now a staple, and we hope it never leaves.
What is the reason for this? Some might say no talent songstresses have saturated N.A music in unprecedented fashion, leaving many to rethink their musical tastes. They choose what sounds best. The track below by Myon and Shane 54 is definitely in that category. Andain’s track gets the remix treatment by these trance overlords, appropriately titled, Summer of Love.
Markus Schulz and Jochen Miller do. We just caught light of this massive trance banger “Rotunda” that premiered on Global DJ Broadcast about a month ago. Two of everyone’s favourite no bullshit trance superstars come together, for one massive pounding classic. Behold, Rotunda!
You know what else is sweet? Markus posted this radio edit on his youtube account in full HD. You know what that means? He wants you to rip it. Affirmative.
Dimitri Vangelis is back with a massive summer anthem. Hailing from Sweden (seems like a lot of amazing house producers do), Vangelis is regularly supported by Swedish House Mafia on his productions. Something tells us his newest project with Wyman will have similar support.
